Book without risk

Would you like to book your vacation in a relaxed way, without having to worry about whether and how you can rebook due to Corona virus? No problem: In the event of travel restrictions due to Corona, you can rebook or cancel free of charge at any time. This applies to everything you book with us - regardless of whether it is a feel-good week or an overnight stay with breakfast. You don't have to pay a deposit either, with us you simply pay on site in cash, by EC or credit card.
Book without risk: if the following conditions apply to your booked stay, you can rebook or cancel free of charge.

There is an official travel ban, travel restriction or travel warning for your place of residence or the hotel location due to the corona
You or your partner or children have to be quarantined at home
You are traveling from abroad and cannot travel due to the border being closed
You or the person with whom you share a room must be placed in an officially ordered quarantine (proof required). If you have booked several rooms, the regular conditions apply to these rooms

Dinner in the hostel / restaurants in the area

If you don't want to discover the restaurants in the area, you can also eat at the Oberstdorf Hostel.

The following options

Dinner from 6 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. Two-course menu - we ask you to register by 3 p.m. of the respective day at the latest
Tarte flambée and pizza at the hostel bar at any time
You cook yourself in our chic and fully equipped hostel kitchen

You are also welcome to have your food brought by a delivery service or have a to-go meal in our premises, we provide plates and cutlery.

Hygiene & Safety

…have always played a very important role at the Oberstdorf Hostel. We are well equipped and prepared here. The Oberstdorf Hostel is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Detailed specification and verification documents specify the implementation of extensive hygiene and safety measures. A * hygiene officer / COVID-19 officer monitors the measures and trains all employees on a regular basis.

Mask requirement

At the Oberstdorf Hostel we still rely on mouth and nose protection for our employees.

We ask all guests to wear a mask in the hostel interiors as well. Whether FFP2 mask or medical mask is up to you.

Safe employees – safe guests

Every employee who works for us must provide complete proof that he meets all safety and hygiene requirements. In addition, all employees are tested regularly at least twice a week. We also expect confirmation from our guests that everything is in order.

We have learned that: Safety is a team effort! Just like our employees, we ask you to pay special attention to your hand hygiene. Therefore, you will find additional in every hotel area.
